Cold Rolled Galvanized Steel Sheets

Hot-dip Galvanized Steel Sheet(GI)

This steel sheet is manufactured by pickling and rolling hot coils into full-hard sheets, which are then passed through a pot of molten zinc to be galvanized. Its thick zinc coating ensures enhanced corrosion resistance, making it the most widely used type of galvanized steel.

Applications

Electro-Galvanized Steel Sheet(EGI)

Zinc is electroplated onto cold rolled steel sheet (CR) to improve corrosion resistance. Although it has less coating mass than hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, the coating thickness is uniform, the surface is smooth, and the plating at low temperature helps retain the mechanical properties of the base metal.

Galvalume Steel Sheet(G/L)

This steel sheet is an aluminum (Al)-zinc (Zn) alloy-coated product with superior corrosion resistance, combining the sacrificial protection and alkali resistance of zinc with the durability, heat resistance, and acid resistance of aluminum in an ideal balance.

Applications

Magnesium Alloy Coated Steel Sheet

This steel sheet is hot-dip coated with an optimally blended alloy of aluminum, zinc, magnesium, and silicon. Engineered for superior corrosion resistance, it is suitable for demanding applications in harsh environments.
